1993-4 + Alban Nimani and Bujar Hundozi by chance meet on
a gathering in a roof of a building on Sunny Hill, and after
few rehearsals with acoustic guitars, they decided to play
together.
1994 - 1995 + Alban and Bujar started to perform on small
pubs and bars of Prishtina.
1996 + the band joins the bass guitarist Visar Qeska. Alban,
Bujar and Visar for the first time appeared together on the
summer of '96 in caffe bar "Meduza", in Ulqin, Monte
Negro.
1996 + sometime in autumn the band was named "Asgjë
Sikur Dielli". |

1998
+ Asgjë Sikur Dielli wins the grant for funding
of the non-commercial music albums of the SOROS - Open
Society Foundation
in Prishtina.
1998 + in October Asgjë Sikur Dielli records their
first album with eight alternative songs.
The album was recorded and mixed at "Unique Sound",
in Prishtina, by the producer Enis Presheva.
1998 - 1999 + the director of RTP (at that time Radio Television
of Prishtina), Migjen Kelmendi promotes the song "Mendoja
çdo gjë merr fund pa ty". At that time
this song didn't have the video, so it was presented with
the paintings of Besim Lutolli.
1999 + the album was published. Without any advertising
or marketing campaign the album managed to gain a respectful
popularity among the young generation of Kosova.

2000
+ with the help of the TV station KTV was produced the first
video "Mendoja çdo gjë merr fund pa ty".
It was directed by Orhan Kerkezi.
2001 + the web sajt www.asgjësikurdielli.com was launched.
2002 + in Bournemouth, United Kingdom was produced the second
video "Kur e di se nuk di". It was directed by Alban
Nimani. |
